Thank you for considering my services. I offer professional psychotherapy, consultation, and clinical supervision. Below is information about my services and payment options.

therapy services

I provide individual professional counseling/psychotherapy services in Arizona. I help people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, disordered eating, PTSD, trauma, medical issues, and chronic pain. I also help those going through relationship issues, life transitions and difficult changes. Even though we all go through difficult times, we often feel alone with our experience and feelings. I am here to offer genuine care and support and to let you know that you are not alone! If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, feel free to schedule a free 20-minute phone call with me. Counseling sessions are all held online unless other arrangements have been made.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Therapy

I am also excited to be providing psychedelic preparation and integration therapy sessions. Ketamine as well as other plant medicines and psychedelics have been shown in clinical trials to help alleviate a number of treatment-resistant conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD, eating disorders, and chronic pain. Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
