I provide individual professional counseling/psychotherapy services in Arizona. I help people who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, medical issues, and chronic pain. I also help those going through relationship issues, life transitions and difficult changes. Even though we all go through difficult times, we often feel alone with our experience and feelings. I am here to offer genuine care and support and to let you know that you are not alone! If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, feel free to schedule a free 20-minute phone call with me. Counseling sessions are all held online unless other arrangements have been made.

Out-of-Network Insurance Accepted: I can provide those with out of network insurance benefits with an invoice for submission to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance plan for details on your mental health benefits!
