I currently accept Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare UHC, Cigna, Oscar Health.
I can provide those with out of network insurance benefits with an invoice for submission to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance plan for details on your mental health benefits.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule through the website, or give me a call at 602-429-9794. If you don’t see a convenient time available on my schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out because I may be able to accommodate you.
What can I expect during my first counseling session?
Your first session includes a personalized process to get to know you, understand your needs, and develop a tailored treatment plan. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and I discuss my approach to therapy. All sessions are conveniently held online (by video) unless other arrangements have been made.
How often should I attend counseling sessions?
The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically people gain the most help from weekly sessions. As therapy progresses sessions may lessen to biweekly or monthly appointments. We work together to determine the best schedule.
How long will I need to attend therapy?
The number of sessions required varies from person to person and depends on your specific goals and progress. Some people find relief in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term therapy (20+ sessions).
